Hello WordPress community! In this final stage of my project, I will present the results of my contribution and reflect on the impact of my work within the WordPress community.
After completing my translation work and making the necessary corrections, I was able to achieve a meaningful and measurable result. Out of the total work I completed, all 103 translated strings were successfully approved 🎉
This was a really rewarding moment for me because it confirmed that my corrections and improvements were effective, and that my work met the quality standards required by the WordPress community.
Through this contribution, I actively helped improve the Weaver Xtreme theme for Spanish (Costa Rica) users. Considering that very few contributors were working on this locale, my participation helped expand and strengthen the available translations.
From my profile, it is possible to verify my contributions and approved translations as evidence of my work. This project had a real impact because:
It improved accessibility for Spanish-speaking users
It increased the number of approved translations for this theme
It supported a locale with very few contributors
It contributed to the global WordPress open-source community
This project was a very valuable experience for me. I not only improved my English and translation skills, but I also learned how to contribute meaningfully to an open-source community.
Seeing that all 103 of my translations were approved made me feel proud and showed how much I improved throughout the process. Overall, this journey taught me that dedication, feedback, and consistency can lead to real impact.
